This position serves as the primary point of contact for developing and maintaining strategic workforce partnerships with school districts, colleges, universities, technical programs, and community organizations. The role is responsible for building sustainable talent pipelines that connect educational achievement to meaningful career opportunities within FPC TX. This position promotes career awareness and workforce readiness through career fairs, classroom presentations, educational outreach initiatives, internships, apprenticeships, and workforce development programs. The role collaborates closely with internal departments, educational partners, and community stakeholders to support curriculum alignment, career pathway development, and long-term workforce planning. The position also coordinates FPC TX employee participation on educational advisory boards and committees to support curriculum development, industry alignment, and workforce readiness initiatives. This role exercises independent judgment, strong relationship management skills, and professional representation of the Company while supporting long-term recruiting and workforce development goals. This position is responsible for executing and supporting all aspects of talent acquisition for FPC TX. This position partners with management and Human Resources to attract, evaluate, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations. The role provides professional guidance to hiring managers, coordinates onboarding and pre-employment processes, supports immigration and non-immigration activities, and ensures a positive candidate and new hire experience. The position exercises independent judgement, maintains strict confidentiality, and contributes to workforce stability, regulatory compliance, and achievement of company goals and objectives.
