The Administrator Route Process is responsible for receiving all tender and proof of deliveries from route drivers and settling routes by performing various duties. This role supports cross-functional duties for other departments as assigned. The ideal candidate will ensure all shipments are settled daily in an efficient and accurate manner, verify route deposits, record deposits in the Web Daily Deposit Log, and create nightly bank deposits. This position also assists in gathering backup for customer refunds, manages coding of daily driver over and short balances, and prepares paperwork for archiving. Additionally, the Administrator will assist with customer accounts receivable research and ensure compliance with UNITED audit guidelines.
