About The Position

If you’re the kind of person who likes staying active, solving problems, and connecting with customers, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Route Driver, you’ll stay active, deliver products to homes and businesses, solve basic equipment issues, and create great customer experiences. This role manages a daily delivery route, delivering water and salt, servicing dispensing units, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements

• Enjoy working hands-on and take pride in physical, active work
• Reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily
• Strong work ethic and can manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (we will train you!)
• Want to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career
• Can lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50–80 lbs)
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Do not need a college degree—just motivation and a willingness to learn
• Class C or Class B License (or the ability to obtain one – required)

Nice To Haves

• Able to obtain a Class C or B license if needed

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products
• Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team
• Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements
• Receive formal training that sets you up for success with opportunities for growth and advancement
