About The Position

The Administrator, Recruitment assists with the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This position will work with hiring managers to ensure seasonal hiring needs are met which includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers, and initiating HRIS onboarding, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. This is a full-time, hourly position that will run from August through December.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience in a professional office setting.
  • All CMH employees will demonstrate integrity, discretion, and critical thinking, along with adaptability and effective problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, collaborative working style is essential, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic planning abilities are crucial.
  • The candidate must be able to communicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn other relevant software platforms are important, as is the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating seasonal workloads and changing priorities.
  • The role requires a trustworthy, goal-oriented, respectful, and self-directed individual who can navigate complex responsibilities.
  • Additionally, the candidate must have the confidence to interact with all levels of the company, including those in remote locations within a hub-and-spoke model.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the ski industry preferred.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Employee Experience team to assist with the seasonal recruiting function at CMH and MWHS.
  • Screen seasonal candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and perform screening interviews, assist with full-length interviews, reference checks, and maintain communication with hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Answer general employment questions from applicants.
  • Draft and extend offers to successful candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding and new hire processes.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations to ensure a fair and equitable process for all candidates.
  • Ensure positive, professional, enthusiastic representation of CMH and MWHS and the Employee Experience department.
  • Assist in other areas of Employee Experience as needed.
