The incumbent is responsible for the deployment of Structured Employment Training (SET) programs, workplace integration, and the development of plant trainers. The scope of the role includes all departments of a plant, such as production, maintenance, laboratory, thermal power plant, etc. They will conduct training and ensure rigorous follow-up when it is carried out by plant trainers. They will collaborate with employees, plant trainers, supervisors, managers, and other stakeholders to improve work methods and various programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Sanimax plant
  • Leadership, dynamism, resourcefulness, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and multiple problem-solving skills.
  • Autonomy, dynamism, good organizational skills and prioritization of emergencies, ease of communication in a team environment, attention to quality, ability to work under pressure and meet various deadlines.
  • Good tolerance for odors and visual elements.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of the training program.
  • Train employees within the framework of the SET program.
  • Learn the operation of production equipment as needed.
  • Act as a trainer-coach within the framework of the SET program.
  • Teach the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for employees in training.
  • Evaluate the transfer of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Recommend employee qualification, extension of training time, or termination of training.
  • Contribute to the employee certification program.
  • Contribute to the identification of training needs.
  • Develop, update, and deploy work instructions.
  • Contribute to the development, updating, and improvement of training materials and programs.
  • Ensure follow-up of training when it is carried out by a trainer from the operations team.
  • Contribute to the follow-up of the progress of integrations, training, probationary periods, and priority positions to be trained with the concerned supervisors and managers.
  • Contribute to training logistics (employee/schedule availability, trainers, materials, rooms, etc.) in collaboration with stakeholders from the district, People & Culture, or others in the absence of the Training Coordinator.
  • Record site training activities in the learning management system – Workday.
  • Responsible for the creation, updating, and deployment of paper or video work instructions.
  • Responsible for the execution of the workplace integration program.
  • Integrate new employees according to the integration plan.
  • Act as a guide and resource person for the new employee.
  • Ensure communication/understanding of the integration to stakeholders.
  • Ensure follow-up of integration activities when they are carried out by colleagues from operations.
  • Contribute to the development, updating, and improvement of new employee integration plans.
  • Act as an expert trainer for Plant Trainers.
  • Contribute to the identification of Plant Trainers.
  • Train and coach Plant Trainers.
  • Contribute to the development of a "trainer training" program at the district level.
