About The Position
The Administrator IV – Logistics is an advanced individual contributor responsible for executing complex logistics operations with a high level of independence. This role leads inventory control efforts, drives process improvements, and provides operational support across multiple logistics functions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving, and manufacturing operations
- Experience with ERP systems, such as Agile
- Experience using shipping platforms including UPS, FedEx, DHL, Expeditors, and freight shipment systems
- Knowledge of international shipping, export compliance requirements, and shipping Incoterms
- Working understanding of export compliance processes
- Ability to efficiently manage transactions across multiple systems
- Proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3)
