Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum long-term care experience requirements
- Eligible for an Administrator Mentorship Program as a newly licensed administrator
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to build relationships in and outside of the facility
- Strong working knowledge of skilled nursing care operations and regulations
- Ability to coach and provide superior leadership and direction
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Willingness to travel as part of the training experience
- Flexibility to relocate upon successful completion of the program
