About The Position

The Administrator, Team Member Relations, plays a key role in supporting Applied Medical's Team Member Relations (HR) function. This position contributes to the success of the organization by ensuring accurate and timely processes that directly impact the team member experience. The Administrator supports full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, TMR administration, and ongoing team member relations initiatives. By maintaining efficient workflows, clear communication, and exceptional service, the Administrator helps strengthen engagement and alignment across departments within Applied Medical.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Two to three years of experience in administrative or TMR support roles.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy, documentation, and process management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding integrity in all team member interactions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and leadership across the organization.
  • Enthusiastic team player focused on providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using TMR systems such as SAP, Square9, or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources, recruiting coordination, or team member relations.
  • Familiarity with TMR processes, including onboarding, employment changes, and personnel recordkeeping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in improving workflows within an TMR environment.
  • Understanding of employment compliance and TMR confidentiality best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer letters, and onboarding logistics.
  • Process team member status changes, employment updates, and personnel records in systems such as SAP and Square9.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams, payroll, and benefits to ensure accurate and timely team member administration and documentation.
  • Maintain personnel files through daily scanning, auditing, and indexing in Square9 to support compliance and record integrity.
  • Manage background checks, DMV verifications, and vendor credentialing requests to ensure compliance.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to team member inquiries, providing clear guidance and connecting individuals with appropriate TMR resources.
  • Provide coverage for the Team Member Relations and Reception desks as needed to maintain consistent service and support.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall TMR service experience.
  • Support Team Member Relations correspondence, documentation, and communications with accuracy and confidentiality.
