The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for maintaining relationships with benefit providers, handling enrollments and terminations, processing claims, and educating employees on their benefit options. You will also serve as a backup to our Human Resource Manager, and will from time to time aid in payroll and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in health and other insurance contracts and is able to effectively communicate complex benefit information to employees.
