Responsible for daily administration of all employee staffing duties; staffing and onboarding processes, enforcing of company policies and providing excellent partnership along with clear and continuous communication with Hiring Managers and candidates to assist in the execution of workforce staffing. Key Administrator for the Onboarding System. Wages Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $22.00 - $29.00

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of HR Admin experience; intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel and HRIS required; or combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administers pre-employment steps: background checks, drug screen and physicals.
  • Supports hiring managers throughout the staffing and onboarding process.
  • Supports awareness of OFCCP regulations and the manager’s responsibility in being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including ensuring I-9 compliance and required documentation is completed timely
  • Process all new hires in the HRIS system and create employee files.
  • Work closely with ATS and HRIS vendors to resolve issues and look for improvements.
  • Track and process employee referral program incentives.
  • Coordinate separation process, including preparing and distributing necessary forms; HRIS data entry and reporting
  • Administer the Random Drug Screening process – DOT, FTA, Safety Sensitive positions
  • Administer the DMV Pull Notice Program – yearly audits, review driver records, process CHP Audits
  • Understanding of the company vision and values and essential information about the company’s career opportunities, employee programs, benefit plans and other relevant policies.
  • Supports HR projects and initiatives; other duties as assigned.
