In this role, you will oversee the life cycle of our employees globally. You will help guide employees through human resources procedures and answer questions about the organization's policies and various systems While all qualified applicants will be considered, preference may be given to candidates located near one of our offices in Greenville, SC or Wichita, KS to support in-person training and collaboration.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Computer proficiency; specifically using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with HR software systems, preferably ADP
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possesses a customer-service-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, effectively manage time and meet or beat daily and monthly deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with remote employees

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree in Human Resource Administration or related field preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, payroll, or records management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Processing changes in the life cycle of an employee including but not limited to, onboarding new hires, promotions, and transfers in our HRIS (ADP)
  • Preparing and ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information, changes in job/employment status, performance evaluations, etc
  • Responding to employee and leader inquiries in a timely and professional manner while facilitating a superior employee experience
  • Identifying common inquiries from employees and leaders and suggesting process improvements and/or additional job aids and communications to address root causes
  • Prioritizing issues and escalating as needed
  • Assisting other members of the HR team, as needed, with various projects including benefit re-enrollment, annual review cycle, reporting & analytics, recruitment, employee relations, etc.
  • Remaining up to date on company compliance/policy changes and employment labor standards
  • Processing unemployment claims and employment verifications in a timely manner
  • Creating scheduled and ad-hoc reporting as needed
