About The Position

This role involves comprehensive administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, billing, ACA, and 401k. The position requires clear communication of benefits programs and events, assisting employees with their benefit plans, and acting as a liaison between properties, the Corporate Benefits office, and benefit providers. Additionally, the role includes processing workers' compensation claims, collaborating with managers to identify accident causes, managing communications with insurance providers, and handling employee issues with confidentiality and professionalism. The administrator will also assist with other HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in employee benefits administration, including enrollments, billing, ACA, and 401k.
  • Experience in processing workers' compensation claims.
  • Ability to work closely with Managers and Supervisors to identify accident causes and fill out required paperwork.
  • Experience managing communications with insurance providers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee issues with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and providers.
  • Ability to stay up to date with industry developments.
  • Skills to handle increasingly complex matters.

  • Performs all employee benefits administration duties including enrollments, billing, ACA, and 401k.
  • Communicates all Benefits related programs and events.
  • Assists employees with all benefit plans.
  • Acts as a liaison between the properties, the Corporate Benefits office, and the benefit providers, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Process workers’ compensation claims promptly and accurately.
  • Work closely with Managers and Supervisors to identify accident causes and fill out required paperwork.
  • Manage communications with insurance providers.
  • Handles various employee issues with confidentiality, using problem-solving skills as required.
  • Interacts with department customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Assists with other HR projects and duties as assigned.
