About The Position

Performs administrative functions as assigned by management, striving for excellence as part of an efficient team. The administrative functions include but are not limited to Driver Check In, Dock Sales, and Reception.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external customers
  • Answer phones and greet guests in a professional manner
  • Reconcile transfer and sample invoices daily
  • Run debits and credits report to verify for proper processing of pick-up requests
  • Reconcile driver routes; balance and run end of day reporting
  • Scan checks for deposit and transmission to banking institution
  • Maintain electronic copies of delivery invoices and upload into the OnBase system
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
