About The Position
The Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the hospice company, focusing on achieving the program’s goals of quality patient care and judicious use of resources. This role requires coordinating all aspects of the program to create a smoothly functioning organization dedicated to excellence in care and support of the dying patient and their family.
Requirements
- Licensed RN in the State of Kansas
- 2+ years of experience as an RN with management experience
- Experience with Hospice policy, rules, and regulations
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background check
- Pass a drug screen
- Clean driving record
