About The Position

The Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the hospice company, focusing on quality patient care and efficient resource utilization. This role involves coordinating all program aspects to ensure a well-functioning organization dedicated to providing excellent care and support to dying patients and their families.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas
• 2+ years of experience as an RN with management experience
• Experience with Hospice policy, rules, and regulations
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Clean background check
• Pass a drug screen
• Clean driving record

• Overall management of the hospice company
• Ensuring quality patient care
• Judicious use of resources
