About The Position

The Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the hospice company, focusing on achieving the program's goals of quality patient care and efficient resource utilization. This role requires coordinating all aspects of the program to create a well-functioning organization dedicated to providing excellent care and support to dying patients and their families.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas
• 2+ years experience as an RN with management experience
• Experience with Hospice policy, rules, and regulations
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Clean background check
• Pass drug screen
• Clean driving record

• Overall management of the hospice company
• Ensuring quality patient care
• Judicious use of resources
• Coordinating all aspects of the program into a smoothly functioning organization
• Providing excellence in care and support of the dying patient and his/her family
