About The Position
Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced health care leader to serve as Administrator & CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Leake. This executive role offers the opportunity to lead a respected community hospital while advancing quality care, operational excellence, and strategic growth. As Administrator & CEO, you will provide overall leadership for hospital operations, partnering closely with market and system leadership to drive financial performance, quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, physician engagement, and team member excellence. You will help shape the future of health care delivery while fostering a culture grounded in Baptist's mission and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive health care leadership experience in a hospital setting.
- Proven success leading operational, financial, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of health care trends, compliance, and managed care environments.
