The Administrator Accounting (Payroll) will be responsible for processing and reconciling all payroll-related information, including deductions and product sales, within the plant. This role involves transmitting information to Corporate Payroll while meeting all payroll deadlines and adhering to all policies. The position requires maintaining the confidentiality of all payroll and plant information, filing and retaining documents per policy, and scheduling upkeep/maintenance. The Administrator will work with HR, other departments, and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely payments to team members. Responsibilities include running and distributing reports, cross-training to provide backup support for other Accounting department positions during absences, and performing other duties as necessary. The role demands a detail-oriented individual who can work independently within a deadline-driven environment, spot and correct errors promptly, and effectively partner with other departments while maintaining professional decorum and providing excellent customer service.
