Our Collaborative Service Delivery Program in Olds, Drumheller and Stettler is seeking a: Full Time Permanent Administrator 3.

Requirements

Post secondary diploma at minimum related to business or office administration from an approved institution
Required 5 years experience as a administrator
Experience and working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite as well as SharePoint.
Commissioner of Oaths
Suicide Intervention Training & De-Escalation Training
Intervention Record Check & Criminal Record Check including the vulnerable sector.
Class 5 drivers license, clean drivers abstract and reliable vehicle for transportation to occasional regional meetings and other offices.

preferred experience in not for profit working with diverse, marginalized, disadvantaged and high-risk clients.

Responsibilities

General reception duties for a diverse population of clients including but not limited to vulnerable populations.
Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
Staff meeting minutes.
Assist with payroll and travel claim summaries.
Month end invoicing and tracking
Troubleshoot IT Support
Provide basic IT support to staffing team
