About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Office Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational functions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven office or administrative experience on resume/work history
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Professional phone and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Familiarity with order entry or inventory systems

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist visitors professionally
  • Manage filing, email correspondence, and general office organization
  • Enter customer and sales orders accurately into the database
  • Print and process sales orders for warehouse operations
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily office activities
  • Support communication between office staff and warehouse personnel
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
