About The Position

This position is a full-time role in an office setting, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The incumbent will serve as the Navigator at reception, assisting customers with inquiries, answering general questions, entering and retrieving client information in the computer, and uploading documents timely and accurately. The role requires the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy, serve as the EBT clerk, and make appropriate program referrals to community resources. A high level of customer service is expected for both internal and external interactions, ensuring professional and timely handling of inquiries and concerns. The position also involves participating in individual and staff conferences, attending all mandatory trainings, and writing, presenting, and interpreting information clearly, concisely, and in an organized manner. Maintaining compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards, and performing various backup duties as required are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must maintain required car insurance
