About The Position

This position is a full-time virtual setting. The Administrative Technician III will answer incoming calls to assist customers with inquiries, answer general questions, and enter and retrieve client information as needed. They will also answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with questions, inquiries, and troubleshooting issues pertaining to Electronic Benefit Card (EBT) for SNAP and Childcare. The role requires the ability to triage calls and transfer to appropriate program areas as needed, provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner. The position also requires the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy, participate in individual and staff conferences, and attend all mandatory training associated with the position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, write, present, and interpret information in a clear, concise, and organized manner, and maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards. Performing various backup duties as required is also part of the role.

Requirements

  • 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must maintain required car insurance
