About The Position

Provide support to the sales staff while building rapport with clients and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and concerns.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in sales or customer service.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales department with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Manage and build relationships with customers and future customers.
  • Provide customers and sales department with information regarding products, production, and ordering procedures.
