About The Position

Resolution Think LLC is an 8(a), EDWOSB, WOSB, and HUBZone-certified federal contractor providing exceptional administrative, clinical, and professional services to federal agencies nationwide. We are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and mission support to our military and civilian partners. We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. This is a full-time position providing front desk reception services, administrative support, and Transition Assistance Program (TAP) data entry services in support of military families and service members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support or front desk reception experience
  • Experience working in a federal, military, or government contracting environment preferred
  • Knowledge of or experience with Air Force terminology strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate database systems quickly
  • Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to create basic macros and troubleshoot software issues
  • Comfortable learning new Air Force-specific systems (AFFIRST and TAP ACCESS)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to meet security criteria to gain base access

  • Prior experience working on military installations
  • Familiarity with Air Force Instructions (AFIs) and military protocols
  • Experience with federal records management systems
  • Previous work with transition assistance programs or military family support services
  • Experience with database management and customer relationship management systems

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors to the Military & Family Readiness Center
  • Screen incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members
  • Provide information on M&FRC programs and services to military families and service members
  • Ensure customers complete required Statement of Understanding forms
  • Maintain appointment calendars and scheduling systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional military environment
  • Perform Transition Assistance Program (TAP) data entry into TAP ACCESS database system
  • Maintain individual customer records in AFFIRST (Air Force Family Integrated Results and statistical Tracking) system
  • Create, edit, and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Perform basic macro creation and troubleshooting in Microsoft Access and Excel
  • Serve as Primary Record Custodian for M&FRC
  • Manage all records in accordance with AFI 33-322 and Air Force Records Disposition Schedule
  • Maintain compliance with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act requirements
  • Maintain paper and electronic records according to Air Force standards
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Prepare letters, memoranda, and other official correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and document control procedures
  • Perform general office administrative duties as assigned
