About The Position

We are looking for a pleasant and professional administrative position. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined to handle the flow of inbound calls from agents and clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer and software.
  • Proficiency with navigating through multiple systems.
  • High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Exude a positive attitude with the ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • High level of confidentiality and secures client information.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organization, typing, attention to detail, and independence.
  • Other duties as assigned.
