T & K Pediatric Services is a leading pediatric healthcare provider in Jamestown, North Dakota. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or clerical experience preferred.
- Experience using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, and Drive) is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable learning new technology and software systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities
- Greet children and families with warmth and professionalism while assisting with check-in and general questions.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and communicate appointment reminders and clinic information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, waiting area, and therapy spaces.
- Organize, sanitize, and restock therapy toys, equipment, and supplies.
- Upload, scan, label, and organize documents accurately within company systems.
- Assist with filing, data entry, record management, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare therapy materials and assist with light crafting or project preparation as needed.
- Run occasional errands for clinic supplies and operational needs.
- Support therapists and administrative staff with daily clinic operations.
- Follow established procedures while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service to every family.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
