About The Position

This position will serve as a liaison between internal and external departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination. Greets visitors, answers incoming calls, and provides clear, courteous assistance to both the public and internal staff. Maintains the front lobby and manages visitor sign-ins to ensure an organized and welcoming environment. Assists with project tracking and supports the division by collecting and disseminating communications and directives as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.; AND Two years of administrative support or related office experience; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the front lobby, manage sign-ins.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, mail distribution, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinates various events and meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Supports open record processing.
