About The Position

Perform administrative tasks in support of the National Parks Service functions. Oversee communications management, meetings coordination, attend meetings and maintain minutes, and draft reports and correspondence. Flexible work from home options available.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated administrative experience
  • Proficient with computers
  • Experience with Microsoft products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Data entry proficiency
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution experience
  • US Citizenship: Required

Responsibilities

  • Enter, maintain, and edit employees’ time and attendance records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for divisional staff
  • Provide detailed itineraries to travelers
  • Exam vouchers for accuracy and approvals
  • Reconcile monthly travel card statements
  • Maintain professional demeanor in communications and appearance
  • Provide additional administrivia duties
  • Oversee communications management
