Denver Human Services is seeking dynamic Lobby Customer Service Representatives for the Family and Adult Assistance Division. Specifically, in this role you will: Provide professional and respectful customer service when working with internal and external customers Gain general knowledge to provide responses to customer questions at the lobby window Complete accurate data entry of new applications for food, cash, and medical benefits Issue electronic benefit cards (EBC) or may be assigned to perform (EBT) destruction. NOTE: This position is NOT a clerical position. It is a HIGH VOLUME customer service position.
