This role is responsible for ensuring eXp maintains good standing, coordinating new MLS joinings, and approving agent applications and transfer documentation. The position provides support to the Designated Managing Broker and Managing Broker Team, assists with agent and state Trello boards, and manages agent approval and invitation acceptance. It also involves coordinating with the Broker Primary Board for agent compliance, managing the state calendar, and assisting with local board associations. Key functions include auditing, invoicing, compliance, and assisting with agent communications. The role serves as a liaison to MLS Boards, Non-eXp Brokerages, Agents, and Vendors, and will undertake special projects as directed by Brokerage Operations.
