By joining the Division of Waste Management, Program Planning and Administration Branch, Project Administration Section as an Administrative Supervisor in Franklin County, you will have the opportunity to provide direct supervision over employees in the section and be responsible for the coordination of agency procurement, management of grants, and accountability for major fee-supported program payments for the Division. Requirements

  • Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
  • Four years of professional administrative experience.
  • A master's degree in public or business administration or a related field will substitute for one year of the required experience.
  • Additional administrative, business or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, supervise, train, and oversee the activities and employees of the Project Administration Section.
  • Oversee procurement for the Division and administer Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs), personal service contracts, and program payments.
  • Serve as budgetary and audit point of contact for the Division.
