By joining our Division of Motor Vehicle Licensing as a Administrative Supervisor in Franklin County, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team who review applications for previously salvaged vehicles to allow them to be recertified for road use.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• Microsoft Teams.
• Telephone and email support.
• Employee management.
• Basic vehicle loss and repair expenses.
• Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
• Four years of professional administrative experience.
• A master's degree in public or business administration or a related field will substitute for one year of the required experience.
• Additional administrative, business or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with statutes and regulations regarding rebuilt vehicles.
• Provide a positive and efficient work environment for staff to excel.
• Understand and enforce Cabinet and Division employee policies.
• Encourage and advise employees for professional and personal growth.
• Advise senior management on processes relating to the Rebuilt Section.
