Central States Pension Fund Central States Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund was founded in 1955 and has blazed a trail to retirement security. Paying over $90 billion in lifetime pension benefits for 690,000 retirees and beneficiaries to-date and has revolutionized the pension world of American workers. The Administrative Supervisor oversees the administrative functions that support the daily operations of the Health & Welfare Claims Processing Department, with a primary focus on workforce administration, attendance management, and operational support. This position oversees attendance tracking and compliance for bargaining unit employees, serves as the department's primary resource for attendance-related policies and procedures, and partners with Human Resources and management to ensure consistent application of organizational and collective bargaining agreement requirements. This role facilitates communication across internal departments to help ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
