About The Position

This is a full-time position for an Administrative Specialist to work at the Front Desk of the Clinic. The role involves providing administrative support to program managers and staff, coordinating the client appointment process, opening, scheduling, and closing clients, and efficiently completing communications and administrative tasks. The Administrative Specialist will serve as the primary contact for clients regarding program information, provide backup support for other administrative specialists, attend meetings as requested, and keep the Supervisor informed of needs and problems. This position is crucial for supporting clinical service delivery within Wilder's Community Mental Health & Wellness team, contributing to the organization's mission of improving lives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma plus specialized training in Administrative Clerical.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative/clerical experience required.
  • Fluency in speaking and proficiency in writing English language.
  • Fluency in speaking Hmong required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree Preferred.
  • Experience working in mental health/clinical setting preferred.
  • Fluency in speaking one or more additional language, Hmong required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to program managers and staff.
