About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to our team at Creative Risk Solutions. This role is responsible for assisting with claim intake and assignment, maintaining accurate claim records, processing incoming correspondence, and supporting internal and external customers throughout the claims process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0–2 years of administrative or office support experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow established workflows, procedures, and processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Able to balance multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in property and casualty insurance or claims administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and accurately assign reported claims to the appropriate claims adjuster under established guidelines and supervision.
  • Receive, gather, and promptly transmit loss information from insureds, claimants, internal team members, and other stakeholders through the claims reporting system.
  • Maintain accurate and complete claim documentation within company systems throughout the claims lifecycle.
  • Process incoming Claims Reporting Services (CRS) mail, including scanned mail from the mailroom and correspondence received through paperless email accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry while adhering to company procedures and compliance requirements.
