Necco has an opportunity for a career as an Administrative Specialist - Purchasing. This role will add the most value to the company by managing the procurement process by compiling information, preparing purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods or materials for the organization. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following: Provide administrative and clerical support to all departments within Necco Center (Residential, SL, CL, Operations, Clinical, & Medical) Creating reports, purchase orders, and all other documents related to procurement. Establish and maintain a record keeping system for purchases Identify efficiencies and cost saving measures Perform other duties as assigned
