Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Administrative Specialist to join our team. This role involves working at our North Huntsville location. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Requirements
- Previous experience as a front desk specialist, administrative specialist, or a similar healthcare role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to transcribe messages accurately
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in office management or administrative support is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly attitude
- Check-in and check-out client efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to new client inquiries in a timely manner
- Support all client and therapist scheduling request
- Support client/family suggestions or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized working area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
