About The Position
Join Our Team! We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team at our Lexington facility in San Antonio, TX. The PSR serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting daily front office operations. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, and strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills and ability to resolve patient concerns professionally
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
