This role involves ensuring consistent front-desk operations, administrative coverage, and support services, while establishing standardized procedures, service levels, and accountability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background, team leadership skills, and a commitment to high standards of service delivery and efficiency. While the supervisor will guide administrative staff, those embedded in other departments will continue to report to their respective leaders. However, specific reception and administrative functions will report directly to the Administrative Services Supervisor.
