About The Position

CMA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Services Coordinator to support our association management operations. This role handles Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and amenity access processes, customer communications, database maintenance, and assists with annual meetings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with databases and online platforms (CINC a plus)
  • Ability to work some evenings for meetings

  • CINC system proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Manage ACC requests and committee communications via CINC system
  • Process amenity reservations (pool, clubhouse, gate access)
  • Provide prompt phone/email support to residents and committee members
  • Maintain owner and amenity databases and electronic records
  • Coordinate and assist with annual meeting logistics and voting
  • Support special projects and serve as a team backup as needed
