Serves as a key support role working closely with other staff members to further the mission and goals of the Healthcare Foundation, while serving as the first impression to all guests, visitors and callers, as well as, engaging with staff, donors, volunteers and hospital employees to advance philanthropic relationships, assisting in coordinating fundraising activities, and providing day-to-day administrative support for the Healthcare Foundation. Requirements

  • Require an Associate's Degree with one (1) to (2) years of not-for-profit related experience, or equivalent combination.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated understanding of fundraising and the role of stewardship in cultivating future giving to an organization.
  • Ability to work independently or in groups.
  • Detail oriented with excellent recordkeeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well with other individuals.
  • Organizational skills involving administrative processes and in working with colleagues and support staff.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a knowledge of Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with attention to detail and keen ability to craft compelling and persuasive communications.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a fundraising team.
