About The Position

Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant in Grapevine, TX. The primary duties include performing diversified support, administrative, analysis, statistical, and numerous other responsibilities for the District Sales team. This role involves creating management reports from various business systems such as SAP, C360, Qlikview, Oracle, and Mark view, and compiling, interpreting, editing, and distributing these reports for the sales team. The position is responsible for managing the primary interface with the district sales, including ongoing company and departmental communications, information support, commission and other reports, and maintaining departmental files for critical communications, contracts, legal documents, and other documents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in an administrative role
  • Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
  • Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Grapevine, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute monthly reports, including aggregating management reports for orders, sales, backlog, and others as required.
  • Prepare and create representative performance reports for ongoing evaluation and discussion with the district sales force.
  • Coordinate office needs with local leadership, including maintenance and office upgrades.
  • Coordinate all group meetings, including logistics, location, event, and meeting planning activities.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedule for customer and leadership visits.
  • Coordinate events such as training, management calls, and customer conferences.
  • Coordinate trade show related activities, including logistics, booth support (product display arrangements), planning, and lead management.
  • Create and process check requests through Unity SAP.
  • Maintain mailing and email distribution lists.
  • Maintain department report archives, including representative and distributor agreement files and associated information.
  • Manage expense reports in Concur.
  • Monitor and track departmental (activity center) spending budgets.
  • Interact with other business units as required to support sales activities.
