The Administrative Program Support Worker provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Family Violence Prevention (FVP) program. This role supports the coordination and delivery of programming, ensures smooth day-to-day operations, and acts as an initial point of contact for community members accessing services. Working within a trauma-informed and culturally safe framework, this position plays a key role in supporting program staff, coordinating events and workshops, maintaining accurate records, and responding to community inquiries. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond with care and discretion when engaging with individuals who may be experiencing distress or violence. This position does not provide ongoing case management and works in coordination with FVP caseworkers to ensure individuals are connected to appropriate supports.
