This leadership opportunity directs the daily operations of the Correspondence Processing Unit, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of critical member communications that support enrollment and retention for thousands of Louisiana residents. Leading a dedicated team of classified and contract staff, you’ll play a key role in improving customer service, driving operational excellence, and supporting access to essential healthcare coverage across the state.
