As an Administrative Program Coordinator II, you will serve as a liaison and administrative, technical, and operational resource while supporting more than 400 educators within the Center for Technology-Enhanced Knowledge and Instruction (cTEKI) who create and maintain courses in MyLearning (LMS). In this role, you will provide training, technical support, and troubleshooting to help educators develop and maintain effective courses, ensuring caregivers receive the education and training needed to perform their roles successfully. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, develop communications and databases, prepare budget summaries, and support the implementation of policies and initiatives that promote an efficient workplace. This position will help ensure required educational content supports regulatory compliance, certification requirements, and accreditation standards. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Candidates must reside in OH, FL or NV to be considered for this position.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience
  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
  • May require a license based on department/institute needs

Responsibilities
