We are looking for an Administrative Program Coordinator for the Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Program – this research will support the operational and analytical functions of AYA research initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating patient screening workflows, recruiting and consenting participants for research studies, and ensuring accurate data collection and database management. You will generate and maintain reports, track program metrics, and support regulatory and compliance processes related to human subjects’ research. This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You will work closely with clinical and research teams while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and data integrity. The role reports directly to the AYA Program Manager and is critical to advancing the program’s research portfolio and improving patient engagement in clinical studies.
