Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a public practice accounting or business advisory firm.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Experience creating and managing document workflows.
  • Proven experience supporting executive-level professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with professionalism, discretion, and in the best interests of the firm at all times.
  • Excellent internal and external client service skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CaseWare, iFirm, Practice Engine and Karbon are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and leadership.
  • Produce high-quality, detailed documentation for the leadership team, including financial statements, corporate presentations, and public-facing materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and Partners, handling incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Draft, proofread, and print a variety of documents, including routine correspondence and confidential materials.
  • Maintain and safeguard sensitive files, documents, and records related to company operations.
  • Enter time for Partners into the firm’s time and billing software with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and process monthly invoicing in coordination with finance and leadership.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense tracking as needed.
  • Provide reception relief and general office support as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the firm.
