About The Position

CACI is seeking an Administrative Professional Journeyman to support a program focused on combating evolving and emerging threats, supporting related exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter system development. The role also involves integration and experimentation, including Modeling and Simulation, contributing to the U.S. and allies’ ability to develop and apply models and simulations throughout the lifecycle of military and commercial technologies and systems to ensure Warfighter readiness and the realization of future capabilities.

Requirements

  • High school degree or GED and 3 years of experience
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Proficient in MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook: Mail, Calendar, and MS Teams) with the ability to independently use these applications to efficiently complete office administrative tasks

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests.
  • Perform routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
  • Manage calendar and phone calls, resolve scheduling conflicts, and act as a liaison for all correspondence/coordination.
  • Answer facility phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic program/project information.
  • Preview memos for consistency, policies, and appropriate format.
  • Prepare, edit, and/or review taskers, organizational charts, memos, and other general office documents.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and related correspondence via Defense Travel System (DTS), including OCONUS travel.
  • Act as the personnel training coordinator, managing training schedules, maintaining training records, and ensuring training compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the Experimentation Division and oversee the MSSE contract team.
  • Develop plans for the integration of day-to-day and long-range projects, actions, and activities.
  • Manage personnel accountability reporting, timekeeping (including auditing), and schedule via MIRARS, ATAAPS, and staff calendars.
  • Perform budget and purchasing functions for CWEPS and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage personnel account requests and assist with related issues.
  • Act as lab personnel liaison to assist in resolving IT issues.
  • Manage personnel in-processing and out-processing coordination, and associated documentation (MSR, SAARs), and assist with new employee orientation.
  • Coordinate and attend weekly staff meetings, document, compile, and track meeting notes.
