About The Position

Morley is seeking an Administrative Process Assistant to join their team in Saginaw, Michigan. This on-site role focuses on processing documents for the department, with no customer interactions. The company provides full, paid training. The position offers a consistent Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time schedule, paid time off after 90 days, steady work, supportive leadership, strong benefits, and advancement opportunities. The ideal candidate will be thorough, able to multitask, and possess strong attention to detail while processing important documents.

Requirements

  • Organizational and communication skills, strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office programs)
  • Basic typing skills
  • Able to learn new computer programs as necessary
  • Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Able to work on site at our office in Saginaw, Michigan, daily
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of customer care experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Able to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday to Friday (no nights or weekends!)
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably

Nice To Haves

  • One or more years of experience in administrative roles (Banking, mortgages or collections is helpful!)
  • College degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Process documentation accurately, timely and according to state and auto manufacturer guidelines
  • Work through the daily volume of vehicle documents
  • Receive, secure, sign and distribute branded titles
  • Maintain files and process documents received via FedEx, mail and fax
  • Scan, review and secure checks
  • Audit all documents
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
