About The Position

Servtech is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to provide direct support to two members of our senior leadership. This is a foundational role and an excellent entry point into the organization: you will help manage day-to-day priorities, keep communications and schedules on track, and take ownership of the wide range of tasks that keep a busy operation running smoothly. The work is varied, fast-paced, and offers meaningful exposure across the business — an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and ready to grow.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Prior administrative, office, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right candidate.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel).
  • Interest in or exposure to government contracting or nonprofit operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inboxes and calendars for two principals — triage correspondence, prioritize what needs attention, and coordinate scheduling across both.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups, proactively keeping projects and commitments moving forward.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics from planning through completion.
  • Prepare, send, and organize routine correspondence, documents, and records.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ad hoc requests with minimal oversight.
  • Support leadership across ongoing initiatives, serving as a reliable and responsive point of contact.
